Tradevent

Tradevent can supply a magnetic stripe name badge, which carries all contact details of the participant, the organiser and/or the Exhibitor. They also capture valuable information, such as demographic details, business details, categories of interest, marketing interests, type of visitor and so on.

With the provision of their tracking technology (that reads the magnetic stripe), any information gathered on the registration form can be tracked and then analysed to provide excellent statistics for the planning of future events. The information can also be used to cross reference payment for conference sessions, or social events, or by providing a tracking system to the Exhibitor, giving them the opportunity to add value to their space, by being able to capture all visitor details instantly.

Registrations received by the Conference/Event Organiser that uses the Summit Event Manager can be exported and sent directly to Tradevent who can then use this file to generate your name badges.
