Summit Central is available for MS Access 2002, MS Access 2003 and MS Access 2007 platforms only.

STEP 1 - Getting Started

Instructions: Click on link and save to Desktop
Open: Requires a PDF reader such as Adobe Reader.

STEP 2 - Software Platform
Do you have MS Access 2002, MS Access 2003, MS Access 2007 already installed?
YES - Install Summit Central (see below)

NO - Install the MS Access 2003 Run-Time Platform
The Run-Time platform is essentially a mini version of MS Access 2003.

Size: 35,713,024 bytes
Last Updated: 3 October 2005
Instructions: Click on link and save to Desktop, then double click on the file/icon run installation program.

Warning - If you have MS Access 2000 installed, installing the MS Access 2003 Run-Time platform will disrupt the operation of MS Access 2000. If you only use MS Access 2000 to run Summit software then continue with the installation. You will need to remove the existing versions of the Summit software and download and re-install the MS Access 2003 versions. If you use MS Access 2000 for other, non-Summit software, then do not install the MS Access 2003 Run-Time platform. If you have any concerns at all, please contact us first.

STEP 3 - Download Software
This is an unregistered but full working copy of Summit Central, with all components activated. The software will open directly into a demonstration database (demo.mmd).

Do you have a copy of Summit Membership Manager v.3 installed? If you have previously participated in the Summit Membership Manager Beta Test Release and/or the Development Release programs, the software you currently have installed (in the c:\smm folder) has been superceded. The software has been re-branded Summit Central and you will need to complete a full installation of this new version. There are no updates available. The software will be installed in a new folder (c:\Summit by default) and you will still be able to open your existing .mmd files. The c:\smm folder will still exist, with the old version of the software availablle. To remove, go to the Control Panel and select the Add/Remove Programs option.

Instructions: Click on the file to download and then save the file to your computer where you can find it (i.e. The Desktop). Then double click on the file and follow the instructions.
