Update Details
This page details all the updates made to Summit Event Manager - Pro (SEMP) from time of first release.
To decide if you want to update:
- Check what your current version of Summit Event Manager - Pro is by selecting About Summit... from the Help Menu. Your current version number will be displayed at the top of the About Summit screen after the words Summit Event Manager - Pro Version

New Features
- Modified event activity report so that only accompanying people of confirmed delegates are counted.
- Modified tax invoice and adjustment note creation process so that unnecessary adjustment notes and tax invoices are not created if tax invoice line description is blank (Null). Also prevents creation of blank tax invoice lines for sponsorship and advertising when no sponsorship details of advertising details have been entered.
- Modified get Summit Central PIN on Extra Details screen to do a secondary search on surname only if initial search criteria returned no matches.
- Modified initialisation process to set last on-line update check to current date for newly installed/updated software.
- Increased maximum lengths of strings passed to WebLink from 100 to 250 characters.
- Modified event activity report to show that accompanying people count is separate from partial registrations.
Fixes
- Corrected an error where Internet registrations with both special needs and notes were not correctly combined into notes.
- Corrected an error where extended information badge export would fail for registration types with long descriptions.
- Corrected a ticketing error.

1. It changes the paper type from A4 to Letter.
2. It increases the left margin on Portrait reports so that information is correctly centred on the page.
3. It decreases the left margin on Landscape report so that all information is displayed on the one page. Can be located in Run Macro screen.
1. Modifed appearance of all forms for enhanced display with Windows XP and Office XP.
2. Modified handling of working and global variables and lists to eliminate errors when writing to system and root directories on Windows 2000 and Windows XP systems.
3. Modified startup process to eliminate software opening to a blank screen and not running the AutoExec macro.

As these modifications require changes to the event file template they only
apply to events created using v.9.20 or higher.
The GST/ABN details entered in the Tax section of the Event Options form
are displayed on the Tax Invoices and Adjustment Notes.
The GST/ABN details entered in the Secretariat form are displayed in the
footer at the bottom of the page on all other correspondence. If left blank,
no GST/ABN details are displayed in the footer at the bottom of the page.
As these modifications require changes to the event file template they will
only apply to events created using version 9.20 or higher.
