Workaround for "Error cross matching profile details." error when exporting records from MIE People to Summit Professional

If you receive a message similar to "Error cross matching profile details." when exporting records from MIE People to Summit Light or Summit Professional the reason is that there is a difference in the allowable length of profile descriptions between MIE People and Summit.

To work around this reduce the length of the profile descriptions you use in MIE People to 25 characters or less before exporting records to Summit.

This problem is corrected in Summit Pro 2000.
