Format for a text file
to be an import source for MIE Software products

To import from a text file to MIE Software name and address tables, the
records you wish to import must be stored with one record per line, with each text field
surrounded by double quotes, and with each field separated by commas.
The fields must be in exactly the following order and format.

Important Notes:
If the information in a particular field does not apply to your data, leave the field
blank, do not omit the field. For example, the following is the beginning of a line where
Job Title is not used:
"Mr","John","Smith",,"Marketing","Acme
Corporation"
The text file should not have more than the 19 fields specified above.
The first line of the text file should not contain headings as the import process
assumes that every line contains data to be imported, including the first line.
