There are no known problems with MIE Software products but there are issues with some third party products that our software products utilise.

WinFax Pro

WinFax Pro is used for faxing from the Reporter and Corrspondence forms. Symantec have issued the following recommendation in respect of Office XP and Windows XP.

"WinFaxPRO 10.02 and WinFax Basic Edition 10.02 are supported under Windows XP and with Office XP.

Symantec does not recommend that you try to use WinFaxPRO 10.0, WinFax Basic Edition 10.0, or any earlier versions of WinFax with Windows XP or Office XP. For compatiblity with Windows XP and Office XP, upgrade to WinFax PRO 10.02."
