Installation Issue - File version conflict messages when installing.

Symptom 1
During software installation you receive the following message:

This message will appear if any of the following files being copied are not newer than the files currently on your system.

  1. Comctl32.dep
  2. Comctl32.dll (picture left)
  3. Comctl32.ocx
  4. Comdlg32.dep
  5. Comdlg32.ocx
  6. Mscal.dep
  7. Mscal.ocx

Resolution
Always keep your existing file, click the Yes button.

Symptom 2
During software installation you receive the following message.

Resolution
Choose the option to Ignore. You will then receive the following confirmation message:

Click the Yes button to ignore the error. The application will function properly.
