If you receive a message similar to "msexch35.dll could not register itself " there is a conflict between some of the files on your system and the files being installed by MIE People.

To work around this you need to install MIE People without the conflicting files. To do this take the following steps.

1. Restart the MIE People Setup by double-clicking on the appropriate .exe file

2. When the Setup program gets to the point where it offers you Typical, Custom or Minimum Setup select Custom

3. Deselect the Exchange and Outlook ISAMs by clearing the check box

4. complete the Setup program.
